Your academic deposit is fully refundable if you formally cancel your WVU attendance by December 1 for spring term enrollment or May 1 for fall term enrollment. You can cancel by following the steps on the Cancel Your Attendance page.

If you paid the deposit by credit card, the refund will not be credited to your credit card; you will be issued a refund check within 2-4 weeks.
