If you’re a new WVU Morgantown student and haven’t submitted a photo for your Mountaineer Card, please do so before attending your in-person New Student Orientation date. Go to idphoto.wvu.edu for step-by-step instructions.

ID cards are NOT available for pick-up at the in-person New Student Orientation events.

• If you’re living on campus, you can pick up your ID card at residence hall move-in.
• If you are not living on campus, you can pick up ID cards at the ITS Service Center in the Mountainlair, which is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
