Log in to the WVU Portal

Activate your account and log in to the WVU Portal, a gateway to important online programs you will need to complete your enrollment steps.

Steps to Complete

  1. Check your email for a message from Okta. This message is sent to the email address you used on your application and should arrive within 2 hours of your WVU acceptance message.
    Pro Tip: Use the most recent activation email if you receive more than 1. Activation links expire after 90 days, or if you open the link but do not finish the activation process.
  2. Open the Okta email and follow the instructions to activate your WVU Login, including enrolling in Okta Verify for secure multi-factor authentication.
  3. Visit WVU Portal and sign in using your WVU Login.
